With many years of experience working abroad in Europe and Asia, Jim specializes in coaching clients through challenges such as cross-cultural communication and teamwork, culture shock, reverse culture shock, and managing change.
Joan provides administrative support for EDGE Cultural Architects. Her professional qualifications include certifications with Professional Dynametrics Programs, Increasing Human Effectiveness, and a B.A. degree in English. Also a certified teacher, Joan has assisted in presentations delivered to retail businesses, health care facilities, agriculture markets, and developing content for the company’s proprietary programs such as Executive Presence and Influencing with Integrity.
Dan’s background includes C-Suite experience in manufacturing, advertising, technology, and financial services. His professional qualifications include certifications with Professional Dynametrics Programs, Increasing Human Effectiveness, Covey programs, Neuro Linguisitc Programs, and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies.
His client base includes national and international companies and organizations who believe the key to personal and organizational success rests on getting the right people doing the right things the right way the right number of times. He accepts invitations to deliver convention keynotes and breakout sessions on building high performance cultures, executive coaching and mentoring, designing and implementing organizational change, business development, and succession planning.
